2 l de vinagre
1,5 kg de açúcar amarelo
3kg de cerejas
6 cravinhos
1 louro
2 paus de canela
8 grãos de pimenta
Numa panela pôr o açúcar e o vinagre, o cravinho, o louro, o pau de canela, a pimenta deixar ferver. Meter as cerejas e deixar ferver 15 minutos. Retirar as cerejas e metê-las nos frascos. A calda deve ferver até atingir ponto de xarope (algo melaço). Encher os francos com este xarope, distribuir a canela, a pimenta, os cravinhos e o louro pelos francos, deixar arrefecer e tapar.
Serve para acompanhar carne assada, caça, etc.
